October will be a good time to stroll the streets of Madrid with little money in your pocket. Whether you’re a tourist or local and do not want to spend a lot but do not want to miss the cultural wonders offered by the Spanish capital. It happens that in Madrid October 7 museum opened its doors for free. 

You only have to submit the ticket entry or a yearly subscription Metrobus or monthly transportation system. With that you ensure free admission to the Museum of Romanticism, the National Museum of Decorative Arts, Palace of Fernán Núñez, the Museo Sorolla, Cerralbo Museum, the Museo Lazaro Galdeano and the Royal Academy of Arts of San Fernando. Is the initial part of the famous Route of Metro de Madrid Palacios and remember that if you enter a whole lot of books so yes that is your intention you special passport stamped at each visit.

. Cerralbo: c / Ventura Rodríguez, 17. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 3pm, Thursdays from 5 to 8pm and on Sundays and holidays from 10am to 3pm. Closed Mondays.

. Museo Sorolla: General Martínez Campos, 37. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 8pm, and Sundays and holidays from 10am to 3pm. Closed Mondays.

. Romantic Museum: San Mateo, 13. In October open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday and holidays from 10am to 3pm. Closed Mondays.
