The Japanese are notoriously shy but people really are super hospitable and well disposed to help tourists. Nowadays with digital tour guides everything seems easy but there’s nothing like walking through a city at the hands of a local. And hopefully that can do the same in Tokyo without spending money. Free Tokyo Guide There, a free tourist guide service through the streets of the Japanese capital to foreign visitors.

The guides are volunteers and may not even speak our language fluently you will understand and most importantly, are keen that passes very well. The tours are Tokyo and its surroundings so Hakone, Kamakura and Nikko are included. Tokyo Free Guide is a nonprofit organization that started in 2004 to promote to visitors from other countries culture and customs. A total of 150 people who speak English, Spanish, Italian, French, Chinese and Korean, among other languages. Men and women are friendly and funny, housewives, students, pensioners, young people who want concerted elsewhere.

If you like technology, movies, manga, anime, religion, culture, whatever, they can help. The guide service is free and you only have to pay for your travel, meals and entrance fees to museums and your guide, of course. Soon, given the great personal service that you provide.
